After the record breaking launch of iPhone 4 last year, many bought the black iPhone 4 since day one of its official release. For the white iPhone 4, there is still no news from Apple as to when the exact launch is. However, Vodaphone UK has shown its inventory system detailing a white iPhone 4 current shipment and mistakenly sold one to a customer, confusing it with the black iPhone 4.
Moreover, a phone retailer in Netherlands has declared a Wednesday, April 27 launch for the iPhone 4 taken from the internal memo of BelCompany. Although Verizon and AT&T still haven’t received an official release of iPhone 4 from Apple, sources said that this might be because of the contract between Apple and T-mobile having a month exclusivity on the white iPhone 4 in the Netherlands.
A 16GB white iPhone 4 is now expected to be available at Vodaphone UK next week after the incident. Rumors have spread that there will only be a limited number of supplies for that moment, but shipment for the new stocks will be expected to be 4 to 5 weeks after the initial launch.
