The world was shocked by the news that Apple co-founder Steve Jobs has already passed away after fighting with cancer for quite some time now. It was confirmed via Apple’s site that Steve Jobs has already died at the age of 56 and after stepping down as the company’s CEO just recently. This great man has made significant contributions on the world of technology and has inspired the lives of many people. We are very fortunate to have someone like Steve Jobs and his death is definitely a big loss not only to Apple itself, but to the whole industry as well.

And because of all his contributions not only to Apple itself, but to the whole industry as well, it is not surprising at all why the world is mourning for his loss. In fact, even US President Barrack Obama and his first lady Michelle Obama has also expressed their feelings towards the said incident and strongly believes that Steve Jobs is one of the greatest American innovators that the world has ever had. Obama even expressed his admiration for such a great person like Steve Jobs. Additionally, President Obama also believes that the best tribute that Steve Jobs could ever have is to know that the device that he invented was also the same device that informed the world of his death.
Aside from President Obama, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has also expressed his feelings and wrote on his Facebook profile page about how he feels about the loss of a great man such as Steve Jobs. As we all know, Apple and Facebook have a contentious relationship and has worked together a number of times with several projects. Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg have also some similarities as well. Both of them dropped out of college and started to build their own companies in their early twenties.
Steve Jobs was truly a visionary and creative genius and his death saddened a lot of people. Losing someone like him is a big loss in the industry that is why it is not surprising at all if people from Apple and other biggest names in the industry will pay tribute to him and to all his works and contributions.
