We’re less than three weeks away before America’s biggest shopping event sweeps all stores across the country and sad to say, we still haven’t seen any deals for Xbox One. The closest thing is becoming a Best Buy GCU member to get 20% discount on all purchases of new games but that would cost $120.
This hints the situation for Xbox One could be similar with Nintendo Wii U last year, where the only deals found are in-the-house promos exclusive from retailer to retailer.
Unsurprisingly, TigerDirect knows the growing demand and as of today, the shop listed a Xbox One bundle with X1 wireless controller and two games: Dead Rising 3 and Ryse: Son of Rome at $680. The bundle will be shipped to you on November 22. (Link here).
So how good is this deal? For starters, the retailer promises the shipping fee and taxes will be waived if your address is in United States. This means, you are getting all the items equivalent to their suggested retail prices if you buy them individually. But as we all know, Xbox One accessories and titles are getting elusive, even the controller is getting out of stock momentarily in Amazon. Likewise, TigerDirect’s offer might fit your preferences especially if you are planning to buy Xbox One and beef it with those two titles.
As for any indication if retailers will give discounts to Xbox One games, the chances are still slim which is very unfortunate as Target, Toys R Us and Best Buy already have their own perks for Playstation 4 players looking for a treat on finding more games for their newly bought console.
