If you’re following the pre-Black Friday deals posted this week, you can see that three shops who are battling out for the “toy supremacy” are Walmart, Sears and Kmart. In our previous report, we revealed the reason for Kmart being left out on the group and why Walmart may be the first shop you want to check out since it offers “price guarantee matching”.
Today, we’ll be concentrating on the special toys each shops are offering. So beginning with Walmart, insiders report it’s the only retailer selling Xia Xia Pets and while it’s not in the Toybook Catalogue, it’ll be available on the shop’s Super Saturday Sale on November 5 giving it a price tag of $9.88 — which is way cheaper than the leaks of Xia Xia appearing on Amazon for double the price (almost $20).
Meanwhile, there’s also the Let’s Rock Elmo you can bag at ToysRus and while the shop doesn’t offer 50% discount deals, if you’ll buy it with Let’s Rock Elmo Guitar, you can have the latter package free. And there’s LeapPad Explorer tagged at $99 on Walmart which originally has a selling price of $100. Hopefully, it’ll come with a gift card for customers.
If you’ll ask me, Xia Xia pets is like the counterpart of Zhu Zhu which is now obsolete on Walmart. Likewise, it’s best that you compare prices first and confirm it with your nearest retailer shop before jumping with it too fast.
