Leaks are always meant to turn out sour especially when it has been done so many times just like what’s happening to Playstation Phone.
Last August, the blogosphere has first reported that a rumored Sony Playstation Phone, which would be launch under the Ericsson mobile trademark, has spread like wildfire although the company still doesn’t give the ‘go signal’ just yet if this device is theirs or not. Anyway, leaks are more powerful than words and certainly, PS Phone is definitely for real and some Chinese people are already distributing it on their black-market.
Just days ago, another feature was spotted with this Xperia Play device revealing its own Pocket App which performs like an App store for Playstation games. As of today, we have a new benchmark results for the Xperia Play device and it appears it would be using a 1GHz type of processor, a UI similar to Xperia Arc and it has an internal storage capacity the same with most high-end Android smartphones.
Interestingly, this device will feature out “Timescape” an option which is like a new Media menu for the device and full-access to the PSN through its Pocket App. So far, there are tons of leaks with this device and we deserve some answer with Sony because at this point, it’s really getting ridiculous to deny the plausibility of this unit.
Expect the truth to come out at the MWC on February 14-17 whereas the rumors are confirming this one would be launch on the first week of June.
