It appears the world’s biggest video-streaming site, youtube, is down again this day (March 25, 2010) This fail message “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable” is the error that keeps on appearing the said website.

As usual, twitter is now flocked by tweets about the said downtime. So far, youtube has not yet made a statement about this one.

Let’s see how fast, youtube geeks can fix this glitch. We’ll keep you guys posted.
Update 1: It appears the problem only lies on the main-page, if you’ll access the root-link of a particular video, its still working properly. Embedded videos aren’t affected by the glitch as well.

Update 2: Youtube mobile can now be accessed but viewing video fails to render on some browsers.

Updates 3: Its back now! — Reasons for the glitch still undisclosed by the youtube team.
